Every cat is unique! We recommend introducing the hat gradually - let your cat sniff and explore it first, then try short sessions with treats as positive reinforcement. Many cats love the attention and extra warmth, while others may take more time to adjust.

Our products are designed for supervised use only. Always supervise your pet when they're wearing any accessory, including KittyCaps products. Remove the item immediately if your pet shows signs of distress, discomfort, or attempts to chew or swallow any part of the product.

Ensure proper fit - too tight may cause discomfort, too loose may pose an entanglement risk. Small parts such as elastic bands or decorative elements may present a choking hazard if detached. Discontinue use immediately if any part of the product becomes damaged or detached.

Yes, we donate 5% of our profits to local cat shelters and rescue organisations. We partner with shelters to provide food, medical care, and supplies for cats waiting for their forever homes. When you buy a hat, you're helping a cat in need!
